I am attorney Paul Heatherman, and since 1995, I have focused my practice on helping the Bend community implement effective estate plans. As a local attorney, I understand our state’s unique lifestyle, challenges and concerns. Outside of helping clients at the Wealthestate.law, I formally served as the governor of the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association, and I also served on the Oregon State Bar Procedures and Practice Committee. I am also in my tenth year as a trial panel member of the Oregon State Disciplinary Panel Association.
